Nice apartment , central location.
7.0The location is excellent and very central, and the apartments are large and spacious.
− One of the bathrooms had a shower with constantly fluctuating water temperature, and the boiler was so loud that it made it very difficult to sleep in the adjacent bedroom. The rental contract is written entirely in Italian, so I strongly recommend that all future guests translate it carefully before signing. The agent also holds a €150 security deposit, from which charges can be deducted for anything stated in the contract. Guests should therefore ensure they fully understand every clause before agreeing to it. To make matters worse, the instructions for where to dispose of the rubbish were very vague, making it unnecessarily difficult to comply. Charging guests €40 without clearly explaining the policy in advance or responding to a direct question about it is, in my opinion, unfair and disappointing.

Very spacious apartment in the heart of all things Venice!
8.0The location of this property was absolutely amazing. Quiet corridor but just a quick walk to amazing restaurants on the grand canal. It was so vintage Venezia. Kitchen was fully stocked and the management company was wonderful to welcome us there meeting us at the water bus stop. Fit all of us with two adult children very comfortably!
− The property could use just a touch of updating while maintaining its charm. Some new/cleaned couches and bed linens could go a long way.

− Personne ne répondait à nos questions durant le séjour. Il y a eu une fois où nous avons manqué d’électricité. C’est une voisine de palier qui nous a aidé

9.0Locatie top, heel in het centrum maar op heel rustig pleintje, geen geluidsoverlast Appartement heel goed uitgerust met grote frigo, wasmachine,… 3 ruime slaapkamers, 2 badkamers met toilet , warm water, verwarming in apartement Hostess super vriendelijk met info en mogelijkheid bagageopslag
− Alles was eigenlijk oké maar als ik toch iets moet vermelden, zetels zijn wel aan vernieuwing toe, 2 de badkamer heeft kleinere douche en douchekop ook wel aan vernieuwing toe

10.0Lovely apartment, great location, very good contact with the company who manages it (with a possibility to leave lagguages after check-out). Travelling with family of 6 adults was very comfortable and we really loved this place.
