Location phenomenal, rooftop terrace is one of the most beautiful views I've ever seen!

− They didn't have towels in the residence, which presented a slight problem because one day the cleaning lady didn't show up? But more importantly main thing that didn't sit with us is breakfast is only up until 9:30 :\

La ubicación, la terraza es espectacular con vistas y la amabilidad del personal. El desayuno excelente!

− La habitación a pesar de haber solicitado con mucha antelación una habitación con balcón y confirmado por su parte... Un día antes no indicaron q no sería posible, a cambio una habitación en la planta baja con una pequeña ventana y oscura. Eso sí, se han disculpado. Le hubiera puesto más nota si no fuera por esto.

An unforgettable stay with the best host, Fabio

Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful, but the highlight was definitely Fabio. He is an amazing host and one of the kindest people we have ever met while travelling. He made us feel welcome from the very first moment and was always available whenever we needed anything. Fabio personally cooked all the food for us, and every meal was delicious, fresh and prepared with great care. It felt like having a true local experience rather than simply staying at a property. He also helped us arrange a taxi, gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants, local food and places to visit, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. The location is beautiful, with a superb view, and the property is very close to the sea and the water. One of the most memorable experiences was when Fabio took us out on his boat for snorkeling. The water was beautiful, the scenery was incredible, and the entire experience was unforgettable. Overall, everything was perfect. Fabio went far beyond what we expected from a host and made our trip truly special. We felt very well taken care of, and we would gladly return in the future. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for beautiful views, delicious food, a great location near the sea and an exceptional host.

− What didn’t you like? The only thing some guests might consider a disadvantage is that the property is not located directly in Palermo. However, Palermo is only around 15 minutes away by train, so it is still very easy to reach. For us, this was actually a big advantage: Palermo can be quite busy and chaotic, while Santa Flavia is peaceful, beautiful and relaxing. It was the perfect place to return to after a day of sightseeing, and we would definitely choose this location again.

De gastvrijheid, het ontbijt en de boottocht die we namen onder leiding van Fabio. De kamers waren ook erg proper. Er was werkelijk niets om op aan te merken.

Wszystko, właściciel był przemiły sprawił, że zanim wyjechaliśmy już zastanawialiśmy się nad tym kiedy ponownie tu przyjedziemy. Śniadania na tarasie miały super klimat nie tylko ze względu na przepiękny widok na zatokę ale też dzięki staraniom właściciela, również wszystkie miejsca polecone przez niego były trafione w 10. Nasze pokoje były praktycznie codziennie sprzątane. Lokalizacja była niesamowita, pomijając fakt, że dwie mniejsze plaże były 3 minuty od Hotelu a większa około 10 to też duży market i restauracje były bardzo blisko. Uważam, że to miejsce ma do zaoferowania wszystko co jest niezbędne na wakacjach a nawet więcej. To był zdecydowanie nasz najlepszy pobyt z dotychczasowych a już sporo zwiedziliśmy.
