3.0Good location and not far from Alton towers
− Leaking shower door, poor toilet flush, pool tiles chipped and broken, had to pay for parking despite paying to stay at hotel
Great hotel to stop off for a night or two.
8.0Nice building, reception, bar and restaurant. Breakfast had a great selection for all the family. The sand pit outside was a nice touch, as was having a large screen showing the football.
− The pool was very crowded even with a fixed booking slot, and the kids facilities were very limited to just the sand pit.

Please note, the restaurant is closed on Friday and Saturday nights during December due to Christmas parties. Guests can purchase bar meals instead until 19:00 then room service after 21:30.
