8.0Das Zimmer ist für Venedig ziemlich groß und absolut sauber. Es hat eine Klimaanlage und die Lage ist super.
Generally advise against booking unless it is the only option, good location and staff, bad room.
5.0The staff were amazing and friendly. They were able to give us recommendations for places nearby and were helpful with local transport options. Very easy to communicate with in English.
− Unfortunately the room was not as clean as pictured. Our bathroom was filled with mould around the bath, we had to remove the shower curtain as it was full of mould. There were electrical fittings loose in the bathroom, I opened a cupboard and the wooden shelving inside collapsed. The blankets were old and uncomfortable. The room was cleaned, but generally very old and falling apart, not as it is pictured. Lots of stairs into room with a small walkway.
