kein park platz und zimmer von aussen bei lüftung sehr laut kein komfort,personal war unfreundlich es kann keine 4 sterne hotels sein.

− schlechte hotel null von zimmer aussen luftung sehr laut ich könnte nicht schlafen ,auto parkplatz ist immer voll ,personal unfreundlich kommisches hotel schade ums geld wirklich nicht zum empfehlen.

Extremely Disappointing Stay Due to Severe Hygiene Issues

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was overwhelmingly negative. During my five-night stay, I unknowingly slept in a room infested with bedbugs. At first, I didn’t realize what was happening, but several days later I developed a severe allergic reaction. A visit to the doctor confirmed that the symptoms were caused by bedbug bites. The reaction was intense - my skin was covered in itchy welts, and I had to take special medication to manage the allergic response. This situation significantly affected my health and well-being.

− As a result of this experience, I am now extremely cautious when choosing accommodations. I’ve developed a sensitivity to bedbug bites that could potentially lead to serious health complications, including breathing difficulties and fever. This stay has made me much more vigilant about checking the hygiene standards of hotels, especially inspecting mattresses and furniture for signs of infestation. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel until it can guarantee proper cleanliness and pest control measures.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Serious Hygiene Issues - bed bugs!

It’s difficult to say anything positive about my stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, I discovered on the morning of my departure that the mattress in my room was infested with bed bugs. I had been suffering from bites every night but didn’t realize the cause until I saw the insects crawling on the bed—clearly full of blood. It was a shocking and deeply unpleasant experience. Initially, I thought the irritation on my skin was due to an allergy or mosquito bites. I tried changing skincare products and using insect repellent, but nothing helped. Only on the last day did I realize the true cause. The mattress was clearly old and likely infested for some time. When I reported this to the reception, the staff laughed and dismissed my concern. The manager seemed indifferent, which made the situation even more frustrating. There were visible blood stains and crushed insects on the sheets, yet no one probably took it seriously. Breakfast: This was the only acceptable part of the stay, though it didn’t make up for the rest. This was one of the most expensive hotels I booked, and I expected at least basic hygiene. I’ve stayed in much cheaper places in Turkey that were far cleaner and more comfortable. Sadly, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

− Aside from the bed bug issue, the hotel had several other problems: Noise: Despite requesting a quiet room, the hotel’s location at a busy intersection meant constant traffic noise (even n the top floor - 7th). The sound insulation was so poor I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms - the entire floor was empty, but one room beside mine had guests - it looked like we were all in just one room! Location: While it’s close to the train station, it’s far from the city center. I had to rely on taxis to get around. There are better-located hotels near Alaaddin Square or the Mevlana Museum. Cleanliness and furniture: The furniture / decorations were old and upholstered (all textiles), which likely contributed to the infestation. The overall cleanliness and hygiene did not meet the standards expected of a four-star hotel!
