L'ampiezza delle camere e letto comodo.

− Innanzitutto la poca chiarezza circa l'ubicazione della struttura: è in una ZTL. E cercare un parcheggio pure quello indicato dalla struttura è un incubo. Inoltre, la camera aveva un odore forte e persistente : fumo, muffa o mobilio? Cassettone e poltroncina in camera, inquietanti : CAMBIATELI. Attenzione al montacarichi... Siamo rimasti bloccati io e mio figlio 15 m , fino all'arrivo di un responsabile gentile _Schiamazzi dalle 6,30 e di sera fino all'una ...

As boas condições do quarto e a centralidade valem a pena, o resto é para esquecer.

Tamanho do quarto e boa WC. Localização suberba, mesmo no centro.

− A informação disponível no Booking não é clara, anuncia piscina, porém com custo adicional e noutro hotel. O pequeno almoço também não é no local, mas numa pastelaria nas proximidades, e restrito a um bolo, uma bebida quente e um sumo, o que não é adequado para quem tenha restrições alimentares (não é o caso, mas convém registar a falta de opções). A porta do quarto dá para ver de dentro para fora e vice versa, e como se vê também tudo se ouve, logo sem privacidade. Check in via chamada, e ter de enviar cópia da identificação por e-mail ou WhatsApp não me agradou, é um processo pouco seguro de enviar dados pessoais. Na mensagem antes de chegar informaram que deveria contar as toalhas e itens, sob pena de cobrar... Não percebi a intenção!
