Auf eine lange Vorfreude kam dann leider die umso heftiger ausfallende Ernüchterung!

− Villa Hibiscus konnte die Erwartungen in keinster Weise erfüllen. Ausstattung von allem zu wenig, Sauberkeit war unzureichend und grenzwertig schlecht. Pool schmutzig , nicht einladend und die letzten 4 Tage gar nicht mehr nutzbar. Poolliegen durchgelegen, fast alle Querstreben gebrochen. Teilweise mit Schrauben geflickt auf denen man liegt. Inneneinrichtung unzumutbar, Couch durchgesessen und mit fleckigem Überzug versehen. Auf den Stühlen kann man nicht sitzen ohne einen Bandscheibenvorfall zu riskieren. Stühle auf der Terrasse nicht viel besser. Bäder total heruntergekommen. Armaturen am Ende ihrer Nutzungsdauer und völlig verkalkt. Aufzählung könnte noch weitergehen aber dann regt man sich nochmals zu sehr auf. Zumal die Unterkunft nicht gerade günstig war. Wer so eine Unterkunft auf Mallorca bucht war 2mal da, das erste und das letzte Mal!

Schimmel an der Wand ! Miserabler Service & schmutzig ! Finger weg!

Abseits des Massentourismus. Größe des Pools war sehr gut.

− Im Flur, im Wohnzimmer und in einem der Bäder war Schimmel an der Wand !!! Dazu nasse Flecken an der Zimmerdecke in einem der Schlafzimmer. Geschirr und Boden unzumutbar schmutzig. Lange schwarze Haare auf dem Boden. Der Service des Veranstalters war ebenfalls miserabel.(Homerti). Der Meldung des Schimmels und dem Antrag auf Preisminderung folgte überhaupt keine Reaktion. Nur Hinhalten, dann keine Antwort mehr. Der Pool war schmutzig und kippte während unseres Aufenthalts. Sprich er wurde grün und trüb. Hier wird mit einer gammelnden Unterkunft Geld gemacht, dabei könnte das Grundstück wunderschön sein, wird nur leider überhaupt nicht gepflegt. Wir können nur abraten ! Finger weg ! Siehe Fotos, leider kann ich nicht genügend Fotos zum Beleg unserer Kritik hinzufügen. Das schmutzige Geschirr, der schmutzige Pool und andere Belege fehlen hier also.
