Ótimo hotel,melhorando a cada temporada,sempre inovando. Paralelamente,para os hóspedes, a relação custo-benefício ficou menos favorável. Mas,as reformas foram muito impactantes: piscinas aquecidas,restaurante Lalo,sistema de informática, etc...

− O colchão do quarto 115 está deformado,necessitando substituição.

Nossa estadia foi mítico boa. Muito aconchegante, o hotel foi todo reformado. Limpeza impecável. Camareiras Kelly e Nayara ótimas. Manu e Cadu que trabalham na recepção pessoas pró-ativas, resolvem rápido, e o atendimento maravilhoso. O gestor Lucas pessoa incrível, muito competente. Os garços: Luiz, Josué e João do bar e todos os outros muito bons e gentis. Nos atenderam sempre prontamente. Temos crianças pequenas e a recreaçao tbm foi ótima. Tio choque, tia Ariel e todas as outras tias muito queridas e divertidas. A comida é maravilhosa! Café colonial nas quintas muito bom! Único ponto a reclamar é uma atendente que não nos explicou nada, isso que quando chegamos o hotel estava vazio na recepção, nos outros dias foi enchendo de hóspedes…. simplesmente fez nosso check-on, abriu as portas dos quartos (conjugado) e não disse os horários de nada, não explicou onde ficavam os lugares. Eu tinha ido no hotel duas vezes quando era criança. Eu não lembrava de nada e além de tudo, o hotel foi todo reformado. Atendente Evelyn única pessoa que não nos tratou com educação e cordialidade como todos os outros funcionários. Foi muito antipática e grosseira ao contrário de toda a equipe do Hotel Monthez. As crianças se divertiram muito e querem voltar logo.
