10.0The location is a little far from town, but it is easy to call tax. Especially, nice and wide ocean view from the room . The best point is the staff hospitality. We arrived at hotel before checking in time, we wanted to go to near restaurant where too near for taxi call. Then, the staff brought us to the restaurant, and he explained to restaurant staff what we wanted to go to the cable car station after lunch. And my amazing, the restaurant staff brought us to the station. The hotel staff asked to the restaurant staff it. The excellent staff, all staffs.

9.0Staff was very attentive, professional and helpful. The hotel is new with a very efficient design. We liked have a small kitchen if only to make coffee.
