The location

− No refrigerator, the floor is very dirty

It was cheap and the staff member was helpful

− I requested a different room as the room allocated downstairs had clearly been broken into relatively recently. Glass was still on the ground outside and the window lock was broken so not able to be secured effectively and window shielded from view Re-allocated room on 2nd floor, carpet and toilet were dirty, and the bathroom in poor state of decoration though usable. Generally not pleasant for location. Smashed glass in emergency exit door to street Busy main road on emergency service blues and twos route Demolition of large building opposite started at 6 00 in the morning with cranes and crushers etc No hangers in wardrobe Towels were stained

Was fine for a short over night stay- staff was helpful, provided parking and location was good for what we needed.

− No mirrors, only one tea bag for two people, no where to hang clothes

Free parking on site. Great location. Staff really friendly. Different size rooms, well presented and clean. Not a 5 star hotel, but not a 5 star bill either so good value for money. Have stayed before and will again.

Cheap and nice comfortable stay

Was very clean and modern inside. Secure with cameras all around the building and car park.

− The building looks shabby from the outside but i think its all a work in progress
