Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.
9.0Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Unser Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstück lecker und ausreichend. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage, die ideal für Ausflüge, zum Beispiel zur Burg Eltz, ist. Also, immer wieder :-)
− Als kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Der Fernseher in unserem Zimmer hat leider nicht funktioniert. Außerdem wäre bei den hohen Temperaturen eine Klimaanlage angenehmer gewesen. Ein Ventilator war zwar vorhanden, an den sehr heißen Tagen hätte eine Klimaanlage den Aufenthalt aber noch komfortabler gemacht. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

− Kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer, kein Kühlschrank, keine Mininbar. Zimmer nicht verdunkelbar, Frühstück für den Preis eher bescheiden.
