10.0Everything apart from the Bathroom it needs upgrading the shower is to small and the water is dreadful one day boiling hot another cold very difficult to regulate the temperature. Also the bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well and I bought some bleach and cleaning products. I feel the apartments could with a small supply of cleaning items as I like to clean up after myself. We also need more toilet rolls. Apart from that everything else was spot on perfect and I can’t wait to rebook for next year as I love this Hotel and the staff are the best I’ve ever come across!!
