Rooms are generally clean and well-maintained. Linens and bathrooms are tidy... Located near Tagbilaran Ferry Port Genuinely warm and hospitable staff who treat guests like family. Personalized service and friendly conversations make your stay extra special...

DO NOT STAY HERE!

Not 24/7 desk as advertised, when we tried to check in after our ferry got in the gate was padlocked shut, we could hear the phone ringing but no answer. They refused to refund as they “don’t lock the doors” - we were stuck outside their locked hotel for an hour trying to get through, don’t trust them!

Had a pleasant nights rest on a quick stopover in Tagbilaran. Nothing fancy, but clean and quiet with a nice view of the harbor on the 4th floor.
