8.0La ubicación es insuperable, está en primera línea de playa con acceso directo desde el hotel y muy cerca de supermercados y restaurantes. Una piscina adecuada para refrescarse (lo malo puede ser que le echan mucho cloro y se siente), Están equipadas con todo lo necesario para una estancia corta o larga.
− Ya se le notan los años y no ha tenido el mejor mantenimiento, las tuberías son fragiles, el olor de las toallas de piscina, son como detalles menores realmente, pero que en algunas personas pueden pesar. Se había solicitado una entrada previa al check-in por la app de booking, nos respondieron que sí, pero al llegar a las 12md nos indicaron que no era posible tomar la habitación hasta las 15:00hrs, me dijeron que solo si se coordinaba por whatsapp previamente y directamente con la administración se permite ese acceso anticipado.

− Hubo un retraso de 2 horas en el check in sin mayor explicación del encargado. Aire acondicionado de la sala no funcionaba bien, se intentó reportar al teléfono indicado sin respuesta, después se reportó en persona pero no hubo respuesta activa.
