10.0Gostamos de tudo, foi eu, meu marido e minha filha de 6 anos, lugar aconchegante, comida excelente e atendimento nota 10, teve a equipe de recreadores Meleka no Bigode que só devo agradecer pelo carinho, atenção, cuidados e paciência com as crianças, vocês são demais ❤️

8.0Gostei muito do ambiente, das refeições, dos funcionários, da equipe de recreação, da limpeza. Planejo voltar novamente.
− Não gostei do barulho que houve depois do almoço quando fui descansar no segundo dia , parecia uma máquina de cortar piso , inferniza te, reclamei na recepção e somente depois de uma hora o barulho parou, fora isso foram dias maravilhosos.
Meu filho se divertiu bastante
8.0Gostei da equipe toda, desde a limpeza até a recepção, restaurante, recreadores...
− O hotel pode melhorar a manutenção dos equipamentos de diversão: raquetes de pingue-pongue velhas e quebradas, máquinas de fliperama quebradas, quadra poliesportiva sem redes nos aros de basquete e nas traves de futebol, área do minigolfe com necessidade de manutenção nas madeiras e no piso.

10.0De tudo, inclusive dos recreacionistas que fizeram toda a diferença na nossa hospedagem.
− Achei as recepcionistas um pouco seca e grosseira nas respostas qdo fazíamos alguma pergunta. Qdo chagamos era 13:50h , perguntei o valor do almoço e se dava tempo de almoçar, a mesma com zero disposição de responder verificou com a cozinha q rapidamente respondeu q dava tempo se comeremos rápido. Perguntei o valor novamente não me foi respondido. Qdo fui pagar o q havíamos consumido estava o valor de 200$ do almoço, porém não sabíamos que valor seria cobrado já que não tivemos atenção. Mas isso foi um caso isolado, não mudou a visão q tive de tudo. Parabéns
