1.0Rooms were not as advertised. Quality is awful, the OYO Hotels customer service make excuse after excuse. Very unprofessional. Calls don’t even go through OR they hang up everytime.
− Im sure they do everything in their power to refuse a refund
With 1st run in with bedbugs was given another room after I insisted. However same results room

They sold our room right from under us. They said they tried to call, but we have no record of anyone trying to call us.
