8.0沒有提供拖鞋，沒有洗衣機或烘衣機，在相對寒冷的千葉，衣服是比較難天然曬乾的，房間有開暖爐，早餐有提供白土司，但是過期兩天了，茶葉過期幾週，不建議食用。如果是想參加佐倉秋祭，這個旅館的位置極佳。

6.0立地、サービス内容、宿泊費を総合的に考慮し、評価するべきと思いますが、90点というところでしょうか。10点減点理由は、折角施設近くにバス停があるのだから施設ガイドにその旨および同施設が登り勾配の先に位置していることも併せて掲載してあったらよかったと思います。また有料でも良いのでデｲスポのスリッパがあれば良かったと思います。
