10.0Such a beautiful hotel and stunning room! We felt welcome right away when we entered the reception. Cassie was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Dinner was 10/10. We had steak and sole — they were perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. Jade, our server, was very helpful and friendly. And breakfast was the icing on the cake! Chris was so accommodating and definitely took our visit to the next level. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so special!

10.0An amazing, quirky building in a great location for Truro centre, but that would be nothing without great staff. And they were. Everyone that I had contact with was really friendly whilst being professional and, together, they made my two night stay very pleasant indeed. And that goes for the staff behind the scenes, too. My room was clean and beautifully made up, and every part of the hotel that I saw was spotless. Also, I'd booked a single room but it certainly wasn't cramped in any way. Breakfast both mornings was fresh and tasty, and my evening meal (the pork) was absolutely delicious and accompanied by a good selection of wines. I don't often revisit places but this is I've place that I will definitely be returning to. Thanks everyone.
