not satified with the Hotel not safe and could not reach customer service for help,
1.0Not one thing is very unsafe; even the station close by advised us not to stay there, for it was known to him that it was an unsafe location
− We had to cancel our stay because Booking.com did not inform us that the hotel was in a very unsafe area with a high crime rate. The place did not resemble the pictures we had seen. I tried to contact Booking.com to find a new location, but was unable to reach anyone. As a result, we ended up staying at a Motel 6 on California Avenue.
