Tido excelente. Funcionários muito educados e preparados. Café da manhã ótimo. Conforto e limpeza do quarto ótimos. Localização top. Ficamos em três hotéis na mesma viagem em Santiago e Diego de ALMAGRO certamente foi o melhor em todos os aspectos.

A localização é muito boa, com fácil acesso aos principais pontos da cidade. O quarto é muito espaçoso e confortável. A banheira dentro do quarto também foi um diferencial e tornou a estadia mais agradável.
− O café da manhã oferece bastante variedade, mas a qualidade dos alimentos deixou a desejar, principalmente os doces, que eram muito ruins. Também tivemos uma situação estranha no pagamento: fomos informados de que precisaríamos pagar com cartão de crédito, caso contrário seria cobrada uma taxa adicional de 16%, o que não estava claro no momento da reserva. Além disso, a academia é bastante limitada, com poucos aparelhos, e não corresponde às expectativas criadas pelas fotos.

A localização é excelente. Próximo ao Costanera Center e a estação de Metro Tobalaba. Local seguro. Próximo a muitas lojas e restaurantes.
− Café da manhã bem razoável. Jantamos no hotel achei o valor alto para uma refeição normal, ajudou no dia em que chegamos e estávamos cansados. Mas como ele fica em uma localização excelente recomendo jantar em algum dos restaurantes da proximidade.
