10.0We had a fantastic 14-day stay at this hotel. We loved the beautiful design and the garden, with its lovely flowers, which were so well maintained. But what impressed us most was the extraordinary service and the genuine warmth and care everyone showed towards their guests. We would love to thank everyone, but especially Tuyết-she knows how to put her heart into the way she takes care of guests. She makes also a great coffee. And Martin who always had a good joke, along with such great knowledge about Vietnam. Hien, thank you for the wonderful tea, and a special thank you to the manager Helen and everyone at reception, who always knew how to make us feel at home. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Our new favorite hotel in Vietnam!
10.0The resort was so peaceful, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were also very hospitable, Martin and Andy went above and beyond to make our stay special. We really appreciated the thoughtful extras, including free bicycles and a 20% discount on every Grab ride. The hotel also helped us arrange a motorbike rental. The restaurant and coffee shop were both lovely, and breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. One of the highlights of our trip was the couples massage at Yen Spa. It was such a relaxing experience, and they offered a 30% discount after 4pm, so we highly recommend taking advantage of it. Overall, we had such an amazing experience. We wish we stayed longer, but we are already planning our next trip back!
− The self-service laundry was occupied the whole time. We had our laundry done for us elsewhere, but there were many places nearby and affordable
