7.0A vista do vale, a jardinagem, os funcionários, a limpeza, a localização e o café da manhã.
− Algumas instalações precisam de mais zelo: piscina sem manutenção e modernização, salão de jogos muito ruim c brinquedo quebrado e uma simples raquete quebrada. Poucas tomadas no quarto e as poucas ruins. Mesa de plástico na varanda. Registro do chuveiro quebrado.
Foi minha primeira vez em monte verde gostei muito, hotel dentro do esperado

− Instalação do banheiro muito antigo e chumaço de cabelo nas cobertas de outra pessoa.
Foi ótima, o lugar é lindo, leve, acolhedor, todos são gentis e muito prestativos.
8.0Gostei dos edredons para me aquecer, da lareira fantástica, da limpeza do quarto, do café da manhã ótimo e variado.
− O quarto podia ter um aquecedor, porque a lareira não esquenta o suficiente. O chuveiro é um pouco difícil de acertar o ponto de aquecer a água, mas depois fica bom. Não sei se eu que não achei, mas podia haver quarto com 2 camas de solteiro, para o caso de duplas que viajam que não são um casal. E também podia haver um microondas mais próximo do quarto para aquecermos nossa comida que compramos da rua, já que o hotel não oferece pensão completa.
