Location, response of the team. Clean, spacious apartment.

− I did not like that they did not reserve 300 euro rather fully charged it. Then they had to refund the amount. There is double conversion involved and the tenant looses money in any way. It would be fair to just reserve the funds and release them after the stay.

It was a place to sleep.

− It is old, in a block of flats. No early check in was allowed and in the heat it is a fair walk from train station, but if you arrive before 3pm you need to walk another 23 minutes if you need to store luggage and the same 23 minutes back to the apartment after 3pm to settle in. Even for 2 nights stay Eur300 was required as a deposit payment to be refunded after some time. This impact heavy on cash flow management as it doubled the rate for the 2 nights, we did get the deposit back after a while less taxes and exchange rate differences that added to what you expect to pay. The walls are so thin, even listening to a phone on speaker bothered the people next door. I would not stay here again.
