− I have disability can not climb stairs easy...and I was in the third floor climbing stairs with my luggage.Air conditioning...took a long time to cool off... because it was so hot...and they where off...room 401... toilet leaking at bottom......living room window will not close completely...dirty window drapes to old need to replaced.

− The receptionist didn't give us any instructions. She never told us the check out time and she didn't tell us that we had breakfast included. The bathroom door doesn't close and there was no privacy between the guests.
