It was the 2nd time to use. Nice location, clean facilities, friendly & professional staff with prompt reply and good service mind. 두번째 이용했는데 숙소 위치도 좋았고 프로페셔널한 직원분들도 정말 친절하시고 문제점은 즉각적으로 해결해주셔서 좋았습니다
− It would be nice if the engineer could check the refridgerator function prior to customers' check-in. I found it was not cool enough so the staff changed the room accordingly. 체크인후 룸 냉장고가 시원하지 않아서 말씀드리니 바로 방을 바꿔주셔서 감사했습니다. 계절 특성상 더운 여름이나 추운 겨울에는 고객 체크인전에 냉방이나 온방 한번 더 점검해주시면 좋을것 같습니다.
