− Futon troppo troppo sottile, si dorme praticamente per terra e abbiamo fatto 3 notti di mal di schiena. Abbiamo provato altri ryokan e posso affermare che questi effettivamente erano troppo sottili

9.0Very welcoming hotel, with attentive staff. Rooms comfortable and well equipped with good air-conditioning..Not huge due to the central location but big enough. Location good for accessing all areas of the city and especially for the Gion Matsuri which was on while we were there.

10.0Its cleanliness, the helpful staff, the facilities and my room, I booked a traditional room with tatami floor and futon bed and it was the best experience, being able to enjoy the amenities like wearing a Yukata was exceptional. Also, a really good breakfast. The bartender was great, I had a small sake tasting and he was so helpful and providing recommendations. The hotel is so well located that you can walk to a lot of places or go to a close station to move.
