Das Hotel liegt einzigartig am Vierwaldstättersee und bei einem Zimmer mit Seeblick hat man eine fantastische Aussicht auf den See und die dahinter befindlichen Berge. Das Zimmer entsprach den gängigen Standards in Größe und Ausstattung inkl. Klimagerät. Das Bad könnte man mal renovieren, da doch einige Einrichtungen in die Jahre gekommen sind.
− Insgesamt ist das Hotel eher hochpreisig wie in der Schweiz gegenüber Deutschland üblich. Nimmt man zu einer Übernachtung mit Frühstück auf der Durchreise nach Italien noch ein Abendessen in schönem Ambiente auf der Seeterrasse wird das Urlaubsbudget doch gewaltig strapaziert. Aber alles hat seinen Preis. Man muss es ja nicht in Anspruch nehmen. Das Frühstücksbüfett ist sehr umfangreich mit frischen, qualitativ hochwertigen Produkten. Man benötigt allerdings ein wenig Zeit, um die Übersicht über alle angebotenen Produkte zu erlangen. Das Büfett ist eine wenig unübersichtlich aufgebaut.
