6.0Close to the Neil Road and Maxwell MRT Station. Not far to the Outram Park MRT Station either. The location was convenient.
− Not very clean, I could easily spot hair on my bed and floor, and the corridor floor was also sticky. And bad sound proof, I heard the noises from other rooms. The lift only went up to the third floor, but my room was at 4th, which means I still had to climb up a floor in order to get to my room. And there was no window in the room, I knew it beforehand, though.

Convenient and very comfortable
9.0Location is great. It’s very close to Maxwell MRT which gets you anywhere easily. Mr. Woo was fantastic and very attentive, friendly and helpful all the time and made the stay convenient and comfortable.
− Internet is slower than expected and during evening hours it was slow.

8.0We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. As we are from Sri Lanka, we truly appreciated the warm hospitality and the extra care they showed toward my parents. The staff helped my parents a lot and made sure they were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Their kindness and attentiveness made our experience even more special. We are very grateful for all their help and support. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent service and genuine hospitality. Thank you for making our stay so memorable! ❤️
