10.0I loved the fact that the property had a very colonial feel/sight to it. The property was within walking distance of the famous Arch, City Center, and restaurants. The area was quite safe, and guests really got a feel for what it must have felt like to live there during the Spanish invasion of Guatemala.
Ok but not good
6.0The staff and location were lovely. My room was very dark with no windows except for the noisy courtyard. The floor was so dirty that when I stepped on the white bathmat after being freshly showered and walking around the room left dirty foot prints.
