Na reserva informa que tem café da manha, porém o hotel não fornece o mesmo e ainda não apresenta justificativa plausível para não fornecer o café. Dizem somente que foi retirado.

Boa estadia , muito limpo só foi pena que recebi a informação que tinha café da manhã e afinal ñ tinha mas providenciaram um bolo caseiro com um café para ñ sairmos em jejum.

Pelo preço cobrado, o hotel atende ao propósito dos viajantes que necessitam dormir uma noite para prosseguir viagem. O quarto é bastante pequeno, mas tem tudo o que é necessário. O estacionamento é muito apertado e com pouquíssimas vagas, muitas vezes sendo necessário retirar um automóvel para que outro possa entrar ou sair.

Muito bom o hotel e o atendimento, café da manhã maravilhoso e bom chuveiro, mas o melhor foi o cobertor, muito bom. Poderia ser maior o quarto, mas isso não interferiu em nada. Recomendo.

DESRESPEITO AO CONSUMIDOR

Me senti terrivelmente desrespeitada como consumidora!!! A saber: reservei um quarto trípulo luxo, com três camas de solteiro, ao valor de 300,00. Recebi e-mail de confirmação, enfim, estava tudo certo. Chegando lá, me atendeu um rapaz completamente destreinado para a função. Me dizendo que só tinha pra me atender um quarto com duas camas, pelo mesmo preço. Depois de muita argumentação e depois de ver os e-mail de confirmação, me disse que e pra “resolver meu problema”, estaria me disponibilizando um outro quarto individual, mas que me custaria mais 120,00... Eu questionei, tentei falar com alguém acima dele que pudesse resolver o impasse, mas foi impossível. Depois de algum tempo ele me disse que cederia o segundo quarto, pelo preço acordado, ou seja, 300,00. Na hora do check out, ele voltou atrás e me cobrou 420,00. O que eu fiz: paguei, muito a contragosto. Achei um absurdo!!! Eles não tiveram nem a consideração de me deixar argumentar com o gerente ou alguém que tivesse poder de decisão. Me senti lesada!!!
