Beautiful location but not all inclusive as advertised.
4.0Beautiful location and staff were friendly. Safari’s were excellent.
− This is a full board property not all inclusive. If you go expecting to get drinks as part of the package you don’t. The food is only chicken or white fish also and come 8pm the place is a ghost town, no vibe or atmosphere. False advertisement on all inclusive

9.0Das Essen sehr gut, Frühstück traumhaft mit div. Früchten, die ich hier zu Hause vermisse. Mein Zimmer war klein aber ich war zufrieden, hatte eine Terasse und wunderschöne Aussicht. Ich konnte den See von meinen Bett sehen.

8.0It was my birthday during my stay and the staff went above and beyond to make my day as special as possible! The rooms were the nicest we experienced in Sri Lanka. The AC worked well, the shower water was hot, and the bed was comfortable! I really enjoyed the food they served. Great for a quick stay before and after a full day safari.
− The free treatment and massage were lacking. Not enough pressure but it was free with our room so I can't complain. I do think the price is a little expensive for what you get but I enjoyed my stay.

8.0The Location Hotel was overlooking a lake. Staying there was a good experience
− There was no option to have ala carte meal on New Year's Eve, so we had to go out for a meal. Which wasn't ideal but we had no choice. The reason was that there was a special dinner organised for 31st night. We found the beds to be far too low, I have a replacement knee and found it difficult getting up out of bed!
