− Ter horário para piscina ou 3h de manhã ou 3 h de tarde …. ! Na minha opinião não é favorável ao Hotel. A localização ser longe de tudo ….

7.0modern and comfortable in a very peculiar location. very quite and good service too. the room was very mountain cabin style yet very contemporary. excellent breakfast with excellent service.
− not cool having to pay for the swimming cap, having to make reservations for the pool or understanding that the hotel and the pool are different companies, with different modus operandi. it "forces" the staff to some awkwardness explaining procedures... it scratches the overall service quality. As for the building, the entrance and front desk are a bit crowded with promotional stuff which damages the magic of place right away; then the layout of the common areas is not intuitive, the lobby, access to restaurant, bar and access to the pool are not nice or easy (nice and pleasant) to navigate. In the upper floors it's all nice and beautiful. Also awkward is the discrepancy between the hotel building and pool building ... they don't match, but... two different companies, right?

10.0El personal muy amable y atentos. No se escucha ruido ninguno entre las habitaciones. Acompaña a relajarse. Todo estaba muy limpio. La piscina estaba genial. Es la escapada perfecta de fin de semana para desconectar.
− Por poner algo , diaria la cama que “para mi gusto “ es algo blanda”.

− Lo que menos nos gustó que en la piscina lúdica como la llaman para mí una piscina de spa no se controlará el aforo Y para mi entender en esta clase de recinto no deberían dejar entrar a menores y hablo de bebés de dos y tres años Muy masificado contamos 38 personas a la misma hora
