− The quality of the building and the room. I checked in and was hoping to enjoy my stay but upon entering the room the bed was unmade like someone had slept in it when the sheets and comforter ruffled and the pillows askew. The bathroom had towels on the floor and sink and someone left an empty sprite bottle on a side table. The draws had flakes of dry paint or residue from the drawers I think. I returned to the front desk and decided I didn’t know if this would work. I submitted a request to cancel the reservation and had to wait for a reply. The front desk person was polite when I said that I didn’t want to stay anymore. They offered me another room but based on the condition of the one I was to stay in how was I to believe it would be just as clean. I said I would like to cancel. They said ok, we will refund you. When I then officially cancelled my reservation I was informed that it couldn’t happen because I had arrived after the 4 pm check in time but I had officially reserved the room after this time. The hotel didn’t cancel my reservation charged me the full amount although per the cancellation fee I was to be charged only $82.14. This was also in addition to the front desk staff member saying I would receive a refund. I was disappointed by the property and based off the reviews expecting a cozy and welcoming stay but this place is not at all advertised. I am not sure why it has such a high rating when I am not sure if the room was even cleaned. I requested a cancellation which and was promised a refund which I didn’t receive and the overall quality and upkeep of the facility and rooms was misleading left a lot to be desired. The staff at the front desk was great but they almost charged me twice and the management did not want to hear any of my complaints. Why would I stay at a place when you couldn’t keep one room clean. And then when I tried to cancel twice you first told me no and then didn’t refund me anything when staff said I would.

A clean, friendly place to stay right off of the interstate. It’s a good value for the price.

The hotel is clean, right off of the interstate, and quiet. Their breakfast buffet had lots of options and was pretty tasty!

− My husband said that the bed was the worst he’d ever slept on. The shower was handicap-accessible, but the tile wasn’t flush with the drain and it’s a tripping hazard. The shower curtain rod had been pulled on, so the curtain laid on the floor and made another tripping hazard. There was a Trump sticker on the side of the sink, that you could only see when you sat on the toilet.

it was ok but not sure i would stay again.

the breakfast was good and easy to get to stuff

− i thought we had a room with a king size bed and it wasn't a king size.

Was okay for a short stay.

Staff was friendly. Answered our questions. Supplied what we needed.

− Toilet paper holder was too far away from commode. No exhaust fan in bathroom.
