4.0ホテルから見える景色が良かったです。
− オンラインで得たホテル情報と実際にきてみて知った宿泊事情とは全く異なっていたことががっかりでした。 オンラインの予約の時点では食事を含まないように予約したけれど、まさか、ホテルにはまったく、大型の宿泊グループでない限り、食事は全く提供されないという現実であったことに、言葉をうしないました。普通のホテルであるならば、食事を朝、購入できるというのが当たり前ですから。食事を手に入れるたびに、タクシーを呼んで山の下まで出かけなければならないことにびっくりしました。

− 周りに晩御飯が食べれる場所がなく、スタッフに近い浜辺より、熱海駅を紹介されるなど、スタッフの対応が非常に悪かったです。（若い女性）
