Lakehouse Nightmare
1.0The view from our deck, the close proximity to activites & shopping.
− Management's handling of our reservation and the service issues that came with the room downgrade. Our ice maker didnt work, the main bathroom door lock and shower were broken or malfunctioning. The main ensuite bathroom has loose floor tiles and smelt like raw sewage. The kitchen and bathroom supplies were lacking. I had to purchase cleaning supplies and clean everything before use. The front desk staff and maintenance teams (Heather, Carl & Gideon) helped us the best they could and we are appreciative. However, the management team of Alex and Todd did not help resolve any of our concerns and contributed to this negative review.
Liked the place, but hard to sleep.

8.0The personnel were excellent, kind, helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and had all that we needed. It was walkable, close to everything. We appreciated the warm pool this time of year and the game room. Thank you! We'll be back.
