Luxury hotel with great staff!
10.0The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. They are a real credit to the hotel. The location was brilliant and it was great to have a bar/restaurant as part of the hotel. My room had bog windows and a great view of the city!

10.0My mum and her friend had a wonderful stay at this hotel. They were very happy with the location, the cleanliness, and especially the hospitality of the staff. Neither of them speaks the local language, but everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming, which made them feel comfortable throughout their stay. The check-in process was online, and I contacted the hotel beforehand to explain the situation. They replied quickly, were very understanding, and went out of their way to help, which I really appreciated. Thank you for making their trip such a positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and genuine hospitality!
