− El servicio de TV, nunca funcionó, lo reporte quedaron de subir a checar, subieron, no resolvieron nada, dijeron que después regresaban y nunca regresó nadie 😡

La cercanía con el centro de Texcoco

− No tuve agua caliente en la primer habitación la primer noche, después me enteré que debía avisar a recepción para poder tenerla, no tenía ventanas y si bien no había ruido del exterior no tenía ventilación, después de la primer noche Jimena hizo favor de ayudarme y conseguir otra habitación un poco más acogedora, y con algo de Luz. Esa primer habitación está bien si vas de paso solamente.

En esta reserva ya tuve una habitación con ventana, un poco más grande y con agua caliente, ya era más apropiada para las noches que restaban.

− La habitación tenía un aroma malo, como de drenaje, pero una vez que entraba no sé si era por qué se salía el olor al abrir la puerta o por qué me acostumbré a el, eso ya no lo reporte por qué al parecer habían habido complicado para poderme dar el primer cambio d ela habitación, pero bueno está habitación ya tenía ventana y bastaba con abrir la ventana para que el olor se disipara
