8.0首先价格十分感人，两个人住两天才10000+(日元)。其次老板非常和善，也可以在前台直接购买一日券，很方便。房间竟然还带个小阳台(虽然没使用)。护发素是小时候的味道!特别惊喜!大爱!
− 离地铁站还是有些距离的，但好在离公交站近。双人床属实有点小了，也就宽1.5m(估计都是我都说了)

− 3部屋使わせていただきましたが、後から聞いた話ではそのうち1部屋（407号室）のシャワーの湯が出なかったそうです。夜遅くすぐには修理できないと思い、言わなかったそうです。その人には悪いイメージがつきました。
京都を満喫するにふさわしい宿泊施設
9.0・清掃が行き届いており隅々まで綺麗で驚いた。 ・洗濯機があることが思いの外便利。室内で干せる道具も貸してくださり、洗剤も一個50円で販売されている。暑い季節なので大変助かった。 ・丁寧親切な対応。観光どころや交通のことなども沢山教えていただいた。 ・立地が良い。最寄りのバス停からも遠くなく北側へも南側へもバスで足を運びやすかった。周辺は住宅が多く静かな場所。 ・価格がお手頃。
− ・部屋の扉はいわゆる昔の団地のような扉で且つ薄いのか、他の部屋の人が共用スペースにいると声がよく聞こえたり、開閉時音が響いてそれで一度目が覚めてしまった。とは言え、部屋に入ってしまえば隣室の音は聞こえなかった。
