− O sofá cama oferecido como opção para um dos hóspedes estava com um colchão que nem morador de rua dormiria de tão ruim, quando pedi um outro colchão fui informada que não haveria disponibilidade pela recepção porem a moça da rouparia, uma graça por sinal, disponibilizou um de imediato ao meu pedido sem questionamentos. No anúncio menciona uma "cozinha" com fotos de fogão inclusive, porém o gás é disponibilizado somente para os proprietários dos aptos mas não tem essa informação no anúncio deixo como sugestão colocar a informação ou cobrar uma taxa para o uso caso seja de interesse do hóspedes. Chuveiro com furinhos entupidos saindo pouca água.

− Quantidade de hóspedes, muito cheio, checkin demorou mais de 1:30, não tinha rolhas de piscina suficiente, quarto estava molhado no checkin e não vieram secar apesar de pedir várias vezes

Please note that the Water Park is open from 10:00 until 17:00 and is closed on Thursdays; Nautical Beach Club is open from 10:00 until 17:00 and is closed on Mondays and Wednesdays; Prive Club is open from 10:00 until 17:00 and is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays (all close these days for maintenance).
Upon check-in, for all bookings paid by credit card, it is mandatory presentation of credit card and valid identification document of the cardholder. For purchases using third-party cards, a signed and authenticated purchase agreement must also be presented.
