9.0La ubicación al lado de lago ,restaurantes y tiendas.Muy limpio y atención del personal.
− La piscina en la azotea no se puede utilizar pero tienes la opción del hotel de al lado.Servicio habitaciones deficiente por falta de personal.No nos hicieron la habitación cuando llegamos de tarde.Desayuno falta más fruta y que el zumo sea de fruta no de remolacha.
Pleasant stay with room for improvement
7.0Very friendly and professional reception staff. Good location, fair price, and overall good value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient.
− The hotel is showing its age and no longer feels as well maintained as it did during previous stays. The pool was not particularly inviting, with greenish water during my visit. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant area: service often felt uninterested and less attentive than expected, and the food quality was below what I remembered from earlier visits. Overall, the hotel has lost some of the atmosphere and standard it had in the past.
