4.0The staff is rude . When I asked a question the manager girl asked “ have you ever stayed in a boutique hotel ?” I’m 65 years old and have traveled all over the world. The showers have very little water. The rooms do not live up to the prices . However, the biggest problem is the charges they put on my credit card . For some reason they charged my card several times . The manager told me “ it’ll all work out , I’m the manager of all three properties “ Needless to say, an hour on the phone with Amex I’m still working on getting all the credits. 10.0This hotel has great style and a unique feel! The added touches in the common areas were appreciated, as were the outdoor spaces. This was a repeat visit for me and I would go back again.
This was a perfect hotel for a weekend in Newport and in reasonable walking distance to attractions.
