10.0We stayed at the Grand Hyatt Rio last year for our anniversary and it was the most amazing stay. Bruno Branco and the whole staff made us feel very special from check in time to check out. Room was great, food was great, cleaning, the spa, the lounge, the pool. Everything was amazing. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
