− Air conditioning did not function and no hot water - to be fair - we didn’t report it to staff as first day seemed fine but both failed on our last night. We informed them at check out - but obviously nothing they could do about it then.
La estética del hotel y el trato del personal son la razón por la cual yo regresaría.
9.0Está hermoso. Te transportas al pasado y sientes q estás en casa de tu abuela. Aunque no son las instalaciones más cómodas, el trato del personal se lo lleva por 1000!!!

− Absence of hot water and extreme levels of street and park noise, nonstop.

8.0Excellent historic property with very tasteful room decorations and very clean. Far preferable to any chain hotels in this town . Very nice staff who handled issues that rose with hot water for one room very well.
− Issues with hot water in one room. Incredible nonstop noise from nearby bars and morning disco sessions in park.
