Warm rooms, central location

Very central location, rooms were lovely and warm and the heat pump was on and had warmed up the room when we arrived.

− Unfortunately we could hear lots of footsteps upstairs constantly. Didn’t mind at night as they stopped by 9:30pm but started again at 7am. We also needed to ask for the body wash in the shower to be filled up.

Please note that there is a 2.5% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. There is a 3.5% charge when you pay with an American Express or Diners Club credit card.

Services are between 11 to 2pm Monday to Saturday. No Service on Sunday & Public Holidays. Please inform Reception if you need any top ups. If you prefer a particular time for service, please inform reception.

For bookings that include split beds or extra beds, please note these need to be done during service hours. Late bookings, made on the day after midday, may incur an additional charge.

Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit/debit/banking card corresponding to the name on the booking are required at check‑in. A copy of an ID will not be accepted. On-selling or re-selling of reservations is strictly prohibited.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
