Na scam ako. Pagbukas ng resort na ito irereklamo ko talaga kasama na din ang website nyo Hotels.com. Alam nyo naman ng sarado na ang resort sige pa rin ang pag tanggap nyo nga online reservation or booking. You need to refund my payment if not magcomplained talaga ako, hindi talaga ako magpapaareglo pag di nyo nirefund ang pera ko don’t dare me dahil magsisi kayo kasama ang resort. Scam pa more karma is fatal!

Hotel was closed

Um So I booked a room, and when I went there the hotel was closed down and abandoned. The people there said it's been closed down for weeks. I'm trying to get a refund right now but the toll free number they gave is unreachable, i've been on hold for hours. Terrible customer service from the hotel and the from hotels.com. Will never book here again.

Nice location and pool nice staff friendly and helpful but room was horrible. Roaches no hot wster and one towel I hope they washed the sheets!

Great place to stay!!

Stay was good. Food at the restaurant was good. Kids loved the pool and the beach. Room had plenty of space for two kids and wife and I. Staff was very friendly and always willing to help with any needs. My wife is Filipino so she was able to communicate much easier, although the staff speaks English just fine. We spent 10 nights there and really enjoyed our stay!!

My wife and i got food poisoning and have suffered from diarrhea for 3 days. The shower was dirty no toiletries and no coffee facilities. Only a house bottle of water??? A resort it certainly is not.
