Friendly Staff, awesome cocktails, but some room to upgrade the room :) but a good stay otherwise.
8.0Staff were excellent , very friendly and willing to help. olvia at main reception was just awesome and very personable :) the chap running the cocktails at bar 62 was also very nice and good to chat with . other than the issues below and datedness of the room , it was immaculate and a good nights sleep. the cocktails in bar 62 were AMAZING
− so whilst the room itself was pretty much immaculate cleanliness. there were some issues i did raise with staff that are going to look into ( i think i was in more of a dated room compared with the others there , so could explian things) such as the bath taps are quite stiff to turn ( no problem for me , but elderly residents could struggle) , some potntial exposed wiring by the towel rail in the bathroom. A gap / tear by the pipe between the toilet and the sewage outlet. Finally some heavy staning on the skirting bopard under the desk which could be there for some time .

− Food expensive, Even with a lift (elevator) there were a series of additional staircases to get to room.

− As you walk from the car park to the reception area there is a bad smell but I know it was nothing to do with the hotel it was from area the premises
