From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming — a level of hospitality that genuinely stood out and set the tone for the whole stay. What truly impressed us, however, was the food quality. As seasoned all-inclusive guests, we have come to expect average-to-decent buffet fare at best. Louis St. Elias completely defied that expectation. The menu was diverse, creative, and executed with real care. Highlights included a perfectly cooked duck and a standout Korean chicken dish — the kind of quality you would expect from a dedicated restaurant, not an all-inclusive resort.
