2.0When I check in on 3:00pm the staff said my room not ready, late give me a wrong room,When I check out I ask her everything is done? She said yes not give me the recipe initiative, late I ask for recipe she give me the price is different from my yesterday authorized price, I booking two rooms, she give the other room different price receipt. I feel very bad.
