4.0− The room was really hot, had lots of cobwebs and dust and the bed was really uncomfortable
Excellent value for money.
8.0The room and on-suite facilities were excellent - the room looked as if it had recently been redecorated and the bathroom upgraded. The Bear is located at one end of the High Street, virtually in the centre of town. Although there’s no parking on site, there’s plenty of parking in town, so this was not an issue. I paid a very reasonable rate for my room (3), so I’ve rated my stay as excellent value for money.
− The Bear is a pub, so expect plenty of noise. However, this was not a problem for me and I had a really good nights sleep.
It was ok for one night.

− Really noisy - understandable with a bar downstairs but loads of people hung around outside long after closing. Shared bathroom facilities weren't in great condition (one shower for three rooms on top floor, window broken).
One night bike tour stay
8.0I liked that I could store a bike securely.
− I had to collect the bike by 8am as it is stored in the cafe
Good place to stay after long day.
9.0Room good size, cleanleness exceeded my expectations.
− Over guests was very loudy after 11pm
