− Pool area dirty, room door - deadbolt stuck, could not close/latch door, bathroom towel bar filthy, tub faucet away from wall (caulk), room AC only worked intermittently, time on TV of by several hours so could not use guide for programming.

the bed was comfortable , Although the sheets did not appear fresh

− When I booked the hotel, I was shown it included breakfast and was told you indeed had a sit-down breakfast restaurant. Of course this was not the case upon arrival. But by then, it was too late to change accommodations. The pool and hot tub were not clean and heavily chlorinated. As I know a get deal about pools and spas, I would say the staff chose to heavily chemicalize instead of proper cleaning techniques. The smell was bad, from the chemicals and mildew. Unfortunate really, we would have used the facility more, but once was too much under the circumstance,
